From start-up to growth
Problem:

A start-up in operation for two years needed to stabilise and grow the business and revenues, and required strategic direction and business advice.

Approach:

VentureOne was approached to provide executive strategy, industry contacts and mentoring over a period of 12 months.

Outcome:

The company was then refocused on the local business, employed additional sales staff and was strongly positioned to take on additional private equity investment. The company has now proceeded to trade sale.

This major media company wanted to establish market leadership position by developing a comprehensive mobile advertising strategy in a very dynamic market with strong competitors. The company did not have the requisite resources to develop a commercial strategy at the time.
